MILITARY HOSPITAL 175 ORGANIZES THE MILITARY-POLITICAL CONFERENCE IN THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2025

On the afternoon of October 17, 2025, at the 1,000-bed General Hospital Hall and online connection points throughout the hospital, Military Hospital 175 held the Military-Political Conference for the third quarter of 2025 to evaluate the results of leadership and direction in implementing tasks in the third quarter and deploy key directions and tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Major General Tran Quoc Viet - Director of the Hospital, chaired the Conference. Attending and directing were Major General Le Quang Tri - Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of the Hospital, along with representatives of the Party Committee - Board of Directors of the Hospital, leaders of Institutes, Centers, Departments, Boards, Faculties, and all key staff attending at the connecting points.

Opening the Conference, Major General, Dr. Le Quang Tri - Party Committee Secretary, presented a report on leadership results, evaluated the results of implementing tasks in the third quarter and determined the direction and tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025. The report affirmed that in the third quarter, the entire Hospital maintained stability, solidarity, discipline, order, and completed well all aspects of professional, military, political, and logistical - technical work; many targets met and exceeded the set plan. Medical examination and treatment continued to be highly effective; treatment, emergency, and surgical targets all increased compared to the same period. International cooperation programs, technology transfer, and scientific research were implemented synchronously, contributing to enhancing the position and prestige of Military Hospital 175 in the military - civilian health system nationwide. Party building, political work, mass mobilization, emulation and commendation were maintained in a disciplined manner; Management, command and operation activities continue to innovate towards streamlining and efficiency.

Speaking at the Conference, Major General, Director of Tran Quoc Viet Hospital emphasized the need to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement Resolution No. 56-NQ/DU of the Hospital Party Committee on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, and apply them specifically to the characteristics of the situation and requirements of the hospital, in conjunction with digital transformation. He affirmed: "Developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation is one of the top important breakthroughs, the driving force to promote the construction of a standardized, smart, modern hospital, reaching regional and international standards. Each officer and employee must be a core of proactive transformation, changing their mindset, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility to make a difference".

The Hospital Board of Directors requested agencies and units to focus on implementing 5 key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025, emphasizing:

• Complete all technical and professional standards, ensuring absolute safety for patients, soldiers and equipment.

• Promote scientific research, innovations, technical improvements, apply research results into practice, and improve the quality of medical examination and treatment.

• Accelerate the comprehensive digital transformation process, perfect information technology infrastructure, electronic medical records and smart medical data ecosystem.

• Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party organization, maintaining internal solidarity, discipline, order, and promoting military medical culture.

• Caring for the material and spiritual life of staff, promoting the spirit of "Happy Hospital" - where every patient and every staff is shared, cared for and respected.

The conference also commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the third quarter, and launched a peak emulation movement to successfully complete the 2025 tasks.

At the end of the Conference, Major General Tran Quoc Viet praised the spirit of solidarity and creativity of all officers and employees; at the same time, called on each collective and individual to continue promoting the tradition of "Solidarity - Discipline - Dedication - Innovation - Development", determined to successfully implement the goals and targets of the fourth quarter, creating a solid foundation for 2026 and the new development path of Military Hospital 175 - a multi-purpose, specialized, high-tech, modern military medical complex, on par with the region and the world.
