Emulation Block No. 7 of the Ministry of National Defense summarizes the Emulation Movement for Victory in 2025

On October 24, at Military Hospital 175, Emulation Block No. 7 of the Ministry of National Defense held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement for Victory (TĐQT) in 2025, and at the same time set out directions and tasks for 2026.

Emulation cluster No. 7 includes Military Central Hospital 108, Military Hospital 175 , Vietnam - Russia Tropical Center, Military Institute of Traditional Medicine.

In 2025, the year of many important political events of the country and the Army - units in the bloc launched emulation movements associated with two peak periods " Speed ​​- Determined to win" and "Raise the August red flag - Compete to win 3 first place". Leadership and direction work was deployed synchronously, closely following the central political tasks, contributing significantly to the excellent completion of the year's targets.

In the professional field, military hospitals continue to master many advanced techniques, achieving outstanding medical achievements. Military Hospital 175 has successfully performed 10 liver transplants, 85 kidney transplants (55 in 2025 alone), for the first time retrieving multiple tissues and organs from brain-dead donors at the hospital; training and sending Field Hospital 2.7 to perform UN peacekeeping missions, promoting international medical cooperation. Military Central Hospital 108 performed the first third-generation partial artificial heart transplant in Vietnam, performed many advanced surgeries such as laparoscopic liver transplants and treatment of giant renal artery aneurysms. The Vietnam-Russia Tropical Center has successfully completed the task of training Russian for the entire army, with 100% of students graduating, 68.3% achieving international B1 certificates; at the same time, expanding scientific research cooperation and connecting Telemedicine to support lower levels.

Units in the bloc ensure good logistics, technology, finance, maintain a healthy army of over 98.5%, promote administrative reform, digital transformation, and use digital signatures in document management. Party building, mass mobilization, and military rear policies are implemented synchronously and effectively.

Based on the results of the movement, Emulation Block No. 7 unanimously proposed to award the Government's Emulation Flag to the 108 Military Central Hospital; the Ministry of National Defense's Emulation Flag was proposed to be awarded to the 175 Military Hospital, the Military Traditional Medicine Institute and the Vietnam - Russia Tropical Center.

Entering 2026, units in the bloc will continue to promote the Emulation Movement to Win, linking emulation with political tasks; launching peak emulation campaigns, and raids to celebrate major holidays; innovating content and methods, focusing on the grassroots; identifying breakthroughs, overcoming weaknesses and weak points.

The commendation work will be carried out promptly, publicly, transparently, prioritizing grassroots and outstanding achievements; focusing on discovering, fostering, and replicating advanced models, spreading the spirit of "7 dares", "5 determinations, 5 proactiveness", and "3 no's".

The role of the Block Leader (Military Traditional Medicine Institute) and Deputy Block Leader (Vietnam - Russia Tropical Center) continues to be promoted in managing and coordinating the emulation activities of the Block.
