The leader of the Da Nang City Department of Health said that he had just received information that a patient at Tam Tri Hospital, Da Nang was assaulted by a man right at this hospital.

Tam Tri Da Nang General Hospital also confirmed the incident that occurred there on May 17.

Accordingly, a security camera in the hospital hallway recorded that at 12:30 noon on May 17, a man wearing patient clothes was repeatedly punched and punched in the face by another man.

The assaulted patient was identified as Mr. P. (43 years old, Quang Nam province), who was admitted to this hospital on May 16 due to a stab wound to the abdomen.

The Department of Health's leaders said they only have preliminary information and are waiting for Tam Tri Hospital to report the incident in writing.
