BIC receives transfer of modern internal management system from BIDV

On October 28, 2025, at the Headquarters of BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC), the transfer and launch ceremony of the internal management system version B.One dedicated to BIC took place.

B.One is a comprehensive internal management system that BIDV has researched, designed and deployed with the goal of building a "paperless office", connecting from the head office to each branch on a digital platform. After one year of operation since the end of 2024, B.One has demonstrated clear effectiveness in improving work efficiency, saving costs and making management transparent. The system helps reduce average work processing time by 30%, significantly cutting printing, administrative and travel costs. Recently, B.One was also honored by VINASA with the Sao Khue Award 2025, affirming BIDV's pioneering position in digital transformation of state-owned enterprises.

Based on the successful implementation at BIDV, the transfer of the B.One system to member units is identified as a strategic step to spread the comprehensive digital management model throughout the BIDV ecosystem. BIC is the first unit in the system to successfully receive this platform, affirming the deep trust of BIDV's Board of Directors in BIC's role and implementation capacity. After the transfer, the system will be operated under the name BIC One and customized to suit the specific characteristics of the insurance business.

Adopting the BIC One platform will help BIC improve operational efficiency in many aspects: increasing productivity, saving processing time, reducing administrative procedures, and enhancing connectivity and information sharing between units. The system also contributes to improving management, operation and supervision efficiency, supporting the Board of Directors to make quick and accurate decisions, thereby building a professional, transparent and modern working environment.

After receiving the modern management system from the parent bank, BIC will continue to invest heavily in technology infrastructure, ensuring safety, security and stability in operations. At the same time, BIC will deploy training and guidance for staff to proficiently use the platform. BIC expects BIC One to become a "digital work center", where all activities are connected, all information is shared and all initiatives are spread.
