Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command: Doing a good job before, during and after the merger

On June 3, in Tuyen Quang, the Political Department of the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province and the Political Department of the Border Guard Command of Ha Giang province jointly organized a conference to discuss preparations for the merger of the Military Command of Ha Giang province with the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province.

Co-chairing the conference were Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thanh Thuy, Political Commissar of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command; Colonel Hoang Van Giap, Political Commissar of the Ha Giang Provincial Military Command and Colonel Nguyen Tien Minh, Political Commissar of the Ha Giang Provincial Border Guard Command.

At the conference, the Political Departments of the units spent a lot of time discussing the contents of coordinating advice to the Party Committees and commanders of the units when merging the Military Command of Ha Giang province into the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province. Especially advising the Military Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province on the preparation work for the 19th Congress of the Military Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province (term 2025-2030), such as: Consulting on building a system of documents and personnel for the congress; the contents of the speeches at the congress of the Party cells and Party committees; propaganda work, decoration, emulation and rewards, and logistics, security and safety for the congress.

Leaders and commanders of units visited the workplace of the Political Department of the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province.

Through discussion, the three agencies all highly agreed with the contents presented at the conference and assigned the competent authorities of the agencies to continue to complete the contents for approval by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee and as a basis after the merger, ready to organize the congress according to the proposed plan.
