However, this situation still persists in many places, with violations occurring openly without being dealt with strictly.

To continue strictly managing transportation business activities in accordance with the law, the Ministry of Transport requests the People's Committees of provinces and cities to continue paying attention to coordinating and directing functional agencies to review and strictly implement the tasks, solutions, and directives of the Ministry of Transport regarding the inspection and handling of illegal taxis and unauthorized bus stops, disguised fixed-route vehicles, shared taxis, and convenient-trip vehicles.

The Department of Transport is assigned to take the lead and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to advise the Provincial/City People's Committee on the plan to implement Prime Minister 's Directive No. 23 on strengthening traffic safety and order for road transport business activities in the new situation.

The Ministry of Transport also requested the People's Committees of localities to direct the Departments of Transport to strengthen coordination with traffic police and local police forces to continue strictly implementing Directive No. 10 of the Prime Minister on strengthening road traffic safety in the new situation, ensuring effectiveness and suitability to the actual situation.

Regularly review and inspect the implementation of traffic safety regulations by road transport businesses in the area, paying particular attention to regulations on driving time, speed, technical safety conditions of vehicles, qualifications of commercial transport drivers, carrying the correct number of passengers, etc., and strictly handle violations if detected.
