Appointment of Director of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam gave a speech assigning tasks to comrade Nguyen Dai Thanh.

Attending the conference were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ma The Hong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; officials and leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Science and Technology.

The conference announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on comrade Nguyen Dai Thanh to cease holding the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Tuyen Quang province; transfer him to work at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang province, and appoint him to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam acknowledged that Comrade Nguyen Dai Thanh is a cadre with good moral qualities, professional qualifications, political theory, capacity, work experience, high sense of responsibility, always completing assigned tasks well.

Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam presented the decision on transfer and appointment of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to comrade Nguyen Dai Thanh.

During his working career, Comrade Thanh has also spent most of his time working and contributing to the agricultural sector; he always strives with the collective of agencies and units to excellently complete all tasks, meeting the standards, conditions and capabilities to assume the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The 17th Provincial Party Congress identified the development of commodity agriculture and forestry as one of the three breakthroughs in implementing the Congress Resolution. To successfully achieve the common goal of the province, the tasks set forth are extremely heavy.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that in his new position, Comrade Thanh, together with the Party Committee and the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, will continue to be united, dynamic, and creative, bringing agriculture to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming one of the key economic sectors; creating momentum for the province's agriculture and rural areas to make a strong breakthrough.

To do that, comrade Thanh must try harder, always listen to the opinions of comrades, colleagues, and people to increasingly improve himself, to meet the requirements of the task.

Comrade believes that Comrade Thanh will demonstrate his mettle, intelligence and enthusiasm, continuing the career of generations of leaders and the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Agriculture and Rural Development sector to excellently complete assigned tasks, create an impression, worthy of the trust of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.

Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Dai Thanh thanked the provincial leaders for their trust and promised to regularly cultivate, train, overcome all difficulties, and resolutely fulfill the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

- Deputy Chief of Provincial Party Committee Office.

- Director of Agricultural Extension Center under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang province.

- Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang province.

- Director of Department of Science and Technology of Tuyen Quang province.
