Appointment of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

Comrade Chẩu Văn Lâm, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech assigning tasks to Comrade Nguyễn Đại Thành.

Attending the conference were: Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Ma The Hong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; and officials and leaders from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Science and Technology.

The conference announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee regarding Comrade Nguyen Dai Thanh's resignation from the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Tuyen Quang province; his transfer to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang province, and his appointment as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam acknowledged Comrade Nguyen Dai Thanh as an official with good moral character, professional qualifications, political theory knowledge, competence, work experience, a high sense of responsibility, and who always successfully completes assigned tasks.

Comrade Chẩu Văn Lâm, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the Decision on transfer and appointment from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to Comrade Nguyễn Đại Thành.

Throughout his career, Comrade Thanh has dedicated a significant portion of his time to the agricultural sector; he has consistently strived, together with the collective of his agency and unit, to excellently fulfill all tasks, meeting the standards and conditions and demonstrating the ability to assume the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The 17th Provincial Party Congress identified the development of commercial agriculture and forestry as one of the three breakthroughs in implementing the Congress Resolution. To successfully achieve the province's overall goals, the tasks ahead are extremely challenging.

The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his hope that in his new position, Comrade Thanh, together with the Party Committee and leadership of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, would continue to be united, dynamic, and creative, leading to rapid and sustainable agricultural development, making it one of the key economic sectors; creating momentum for the province's agriculture and rural areas to make a strong breakthrough.

To achieve that, Comrade Thanh needs to make even greater efforts, always listening to the feedback from comrades, colleagues, and the people in order to continuously improve himself and better meet the demands of his duties.

The comrade expressed confidence that Comrade Thanh would demonstrate his capabilities, intelligence, and enthusiasm, continuing the legacy of previous generations of leaders and officials in the Agriculture and Rural Development sector, successfully fulfilling assigned tasks, and making a significant impact, worthy of the trust of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Nguyen Dai Thanh.
