In the bustling atmosphere of the National E-commerce Week and Vietnam Online Shopping Day - Online Friday 2024, which will take place from November 25 to December 1, millions of consumers nationwide will witness a unique and magnificent space - a place where the quintessence of Vietnamese goods converges, displaying high-quality Vietnamese products, spreading national pride and affirming the commitment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in bringing Vietnamese goods to conquer all markets.
On the evening of November 2, at the Vietnam National Convention Center, the Ministry of Industry and Trade held the 8th Vietnam National Brand Product Announcement Ceremony in 2022. These are products that meet the criteria of the Vietnam National Brand Program and are typical products representing the Vietnamese Brand.

Connecting consumers and businesses, spreading Vietnamese cultural values

The highlight of Online Friday 2024 is the space to experience Vietnamese products, standing out alongside the participation of imported and genuine brands. Here, in addition to genuine products committed by sellers, the program also introduces high-quality Vietnamese products with attractive incentives and promotions from brands as well as from e-commerce platforms.

In addition to the participation of famous names such as Viettel Post, Grab, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok shop, Sendo Farm... KIDO - one of the leading food corporations in Vietnam will also accompany the Online Friday 2024 program. Mr. Tran Quoc Bao, Deputy General Director of Kido Group shared: “We are proud to accompany the Program, an event that not only promotes the domestic e-commerce industry but also contributes to enhancing the value and pride of Vietnamese goods. With high-quality products from confectionery, ice cream, milk to essential foods, we are committed to bringing consumers safe, convenient products that suit the needs of every Vietnamese family. Mr. Bao said that with a widespread and constantly improving distribution system, the Group has expanded its product portfolio to serve Vietnamese consumers. The Group focuses on developing essential products such as frozen foods, cooking oil, instant noodles, seasoning powder, and other convenient products to meet the increasing needs of the people. Therefore, KIDO's participation in the Program is not only an important strategic step but also a testament to the ability of Vietnamese products to reach the international level.

In addition, to stimulate consumption and shopping for Vietnamese goods on the TikTok Shop platform, a representative of this platform said that they will launch a series of 15-20% discount vouchers during National E-commerce Week and Vietnam Online Shopping Day.

Responding to the Program, the representative of Lazada e-commerce platform also said that it will sponsor thousands of discount vouchers with the levels of 8%, 10%, and 12% with the value of up to 400,000 VND and free shipping vouchers. In particular, during the 60 hours of online shopping, Lazada will give customers 1,000 vouchers worth 50,000 VND.

This is a great opportunity for Vietnamese products to make a strong impression on consumers, while promoting the habit of using Vietnamese products, opening a new era for quality Vietnamese products to stand side by side with products around the world .

National pride through 10 livestream booths

The mega livestream shopping event at Hanoi Children's Palace from November 29 to December 1 will be the highlight of this year's online shopping season.

The event brings together 10 livestream booths, the livestream chain is designed with close coordination from many leading e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Sendo... Of which, 4 livestream booths will represent typical genuine product lines/brands on e-commerce, and 6 livestream booths will represent 6 regions of the country, coordinating with the Departments of Industry and Trade to promote regional specialty products.

Each booth is expected to be a vivid picture, representing the regions, rich culture and unique specialties of Vietnam. Here, viewers will not only explore the diverse cultural space of the regions, but also experience shopping for high-quality Vietnamese products.

The highlight of the event was the livestream booth of Sendo Farm, a member of FPT Corporation. The booth displayed many OCOP specialties with the goal of digitizing agricultural products. With strategic direction from FPT, Sendo Farm promises to create an impressive livestream session, contributing to bringing Vietnamese brands closer to domestic consumers and international friends.

In a creative space, Vietnamese products are not just commodities but become cultural ambassadors, conveying regional stories and the unique features of each key economic region of the country. Consumers can enjoy a shopping experience with many attractive incentives, while immersing themselves in the festive atmosphere honoring the quintessence of Vietnamese goods.
