On August 19, 2025, Vietnam Post Corporation (VNPost) and Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement. The event marked a new development stage of the logistics industry, when two leading enterprises "joined hands" to invest and develop modern supply chain infrastructure, proactively anticipate policies, promote innovation in global connectivity models and affirm their pioneering position in providing comprehensive logistics solutions.
With 80 years of development, BDVN is currently the enterprise owning the largest postal infrastructure in the country. Entering the digital age, BDVN is breaking through to become a leading logistics enterprise, strongly transforming from the traditional postal model to providing comprehensive express delivery and logistics solutions. Implementing Resolution 57 of the Politburo , the Corporation is also promoting the completion of the information technology system and digital transformation to become a technology postal enterprise.

ACV and Vietnam Post signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Leveraging the advantage of 13,000 service points covering remote areas, borders, islands, modern warehouse systems, transportation centers stretching along the axis of key economic regions, along with experienced human resources, BDVN increasingly affirms its pioneering position in creating smart, synchronous logistics solutions closely linked with the development of cross-border e-commerce.
Meanwhile, ACV plays a pivotal role in the management and exploitation of Vietnam's aviation infrastructure, currently managing and exploiting 22 airports nationwide (including 10 international airports and 12 domestic airports). With an increasingly modern and constantly expanding airport system, ACV is an important gateway connecting Vietnam's economy with the region and the world.
According to the cooperation agreement, the two leading enterprises will make the most of their core advantages to jointly create a modern and comprehensive logistics ecosystem, contributing to improving the competitiveness of Vietnam's logistics industry.
BDVN will cooperate with ACV to exploit infrastructure at existing airports to deploy a chain of logistics services, including transportation, storage, processing and distribution of goods. At the same time, the two sides will also jointly research and invest in developing infrastructure at new airport projects, especially warehouse systems, logistics centers and distribution stations attached to airports - important links in the modern supply chain.
On that basis, BĐVN will focus on investing in facilities, technology and human resources to effectively exploit aviation logistics services. ACV will coordinate with BĐVN in exploiting and developing logistics infrastructure at airports, aiming for a synchronous, safe and modern operating model.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Chu Quang Hao, General Director of Vietnam Airlines Corporation, emphasized that the cooperation with Vietnam Airports Corporation is of special importance, closely linked to the development strategy of Vietnam Airlines. "Today's signing ceremony opens up a more comprehensive and extensive cooperation in the coming time, actively contributing to the common development of the country as well as the era of national development. The agreement not only affirms the determination of two pioneering enterprises, but also opens up opportunities to lead and innovate the global logistics model, contributing to improving competitiveness and making Vietnam Airlines an important link in the international supply chain," General Director Chu Quang Hao affirmed.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong, Deputy General Director of ACV said: "BĐVN is a very important partner of ACV. In the current context of deep integration, the cooperation between BĐVN and the aviation industry in general, and ACV in particular, will contribute to improving service quality and expanding the network. With the position of BĐVN's national postal enterprise, combined with ACV's aviation infrastructure, this cooperative relationship not only promotes the development of the two enterprises, but also contributes to the overall economic growth of the country".
The cooperation agreement is an important first step for BDVN and ACV to promote their own strengths, while combining the synergy between two key infrastructure systems: the national postal network and the national airport network. Thereby, a modern, large-scale aviation-postal logistics platform will be formed, contributing to saving social costs, improving the competitiveness of the economy and affirming Vietnam's position in the global supply chain./.
