Ca Mau calls for investment in energy and logistics projects

Ca Mau province will organize investment promotion in Ho Chi Minh City to attract investors in the fields of energy, logistics, and trade and services.

On the afternoon of November 13, in Ho Chi Minh City, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province held a press conference to introduce the event "Hello Ca Mau" which will take place from November 18 to 22, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The most important highlight of the series of events is the Investment Promotion Conference in Ca Mau, taking place on the morning of November 18 at Rex Saigon Hotel.

The conference is expected to have about 300 delegates attending, including leaders of central ministries, branches, diplomatic agencies, associations, businesses and domestic and foreign investors.

Leaders of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee informed about the series of activities in the event "Hello Ca Mau".

At the conference, Ca Mau province will introduce its potential, investment incentive policies, projects and key priority areas to call for investment; promote and promote trade of key products of the province; cooperate in tourism development...

The People's Committee of Ca Mau province will discuss with investors about policies and plans to develop Ca Mau province into a new growth pole of the Mekong Delta region in the future.

Mr. Huynh Chi Nguyen, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, said that the conference was attended by many large corporations such as SK Group (Korea), T&T Group (Vietnam). At the conference, Ca Mau province will sign a memorandum of understanding with investors interested in Ca Mau projects.

Within the framework of the investment promotion event, Ca Mau also arranged a space to display and introduce local images through OCOP products, digital government models, green agriculture and virtual reality technology applications.

In parallel with investment promotion activities, Ca Mau province also organizes the Food Festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025 which will take place at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House from November 18 to 22 with a scale of 100 booths divided into 4 areas including: specialty exhibition area; culinary processing area; cultural and artistic exchange area and culinary experience area.

Visitors to the food festival will have the opportunity to enjoy dishes made from crab and seafood from Ca Mau and enjoy traditional music, Southern folk songs, fashion shows, folk games, and exchange activities with local artisans and businesses.

Through the event "Hello Ca Mau", Ca Mau province hopes to spread the image of the southernmost land, affirm the cultural identity and people of Ca Mau and expand investment and trade cooperation in the new development stage after the merger.
