Along with that, the People's Committees of provinces and cities stop land inventory and mapping of current land use status in 2024 for district level, and temporarily stop at provincial level until the arrangement according to new administrative unit boundaries is completed.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment also requested that localities proactively coordinate with the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security in reviewing and unifying locations and areas of national defense and security land in localities.
The provinces and cities following the rearrangement are responsible for organizing the implementation of land inventory data and making a map of the current land use status in 2024 at the commune level after being rearranged according to the new administrative unit boundaries, with the completion date before July 31, 2025. At the same time, the localities shall organize the implementation of land inventory, make a map of the current land use status in 2024 at the provincial level and submit the results of the land inventory to the ministry before August 20, 2025.
