On January 18, Hoang Long Hanoi Tokyo High School ( Hanoi ) organized the Spring Fair 2025. Invited guests will enter the countryside fair space with nearly ten special booths from each class. Classes are organized to spread out mats to wrap banh chung, students, teachers and parents soak rice and prepare ingredients from the night before to wrap into beautiful banh chung the next morning.
