According to the Private 100 2024 report - top 100 private enterprises paying the largest budget in fiscal year 2023 conducted by Cafe F, the group of 10 real estate "giants" paying the most budget contributed to the budget about 32,000 billion VND.

Leading the group of 10 real estate enterprises with the largest budget contributions in 2023 is Vinhomes Joint Stock Company with a budget contribution of about 18,100 billion VND, accounting for 56.5% of the total budget contributions of the 10 real estate "giants".

Of Vinhomes' budget payment of VND 18,100 billion in 2023, VAT is more than VND 9,400 billion, corporate income tax is more than VND 5,800 billion, land use fees and land rents are VND 2,000 billion, the rest are other taxes and fees.

According to Vinhomes' financial report, in 2023, the company's net revenue reached more than VND 103,000 billion, an increase of 66% over the previous year. This revenue mainly came from the sale of 9,800 real estate products at the two projects Ocean Park 2 and Ocean Park 3 in Hung Yen.

Next are enterprises such as Hoang Huy Group paying the budget 5,300 billion VND, Taseco Land paying the budget 2,100 billion VND, Doji Land paying the budget 2,000 billion VND, Van Phu Invest paying the budget 1,500 billion VND.

In addition, the group of 10 real estate enterprises paying the most to the budget in 2023 also includes other names such as Idico 1,300 billion VND, Vincom Retail 1,170 billion VND, Khang Dien 1,000 billion VND, Novaland 739 billion VND, Vinaconex 700 billion VND.
