On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, on the afternoon of January 23, a delegation of religious organizations of the province visited and congratulated the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

Visiting and wishing the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province a Happy New Year, on behalf of the delegation of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province, Most Venerable Thich Minh Quang, Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province, presented gifts and expressed his joy and excitement at the results that Ninh Binh province has achieved in 2023. At the same time, he affirmed that with the attention and leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, departments, branches and organizations of the province, the material and spiritual life of the people in the province has been increasingly improved and enhanced, thereby contributing to consolidating and maintaining the trust of monks, nuns, Buddhists and people in the leadership of the Party, management and operation of authorities at all levels. On the occasion of the New Year, the delegation wished the provincial leaders good health, joy and happiness, and to lead and direct cadres, party members and people in the province to successfully carry out the socio -economic development tasks in 2024 and the following years.

Wishing a Happy New Year at the Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the delegation of Phat Diem Diocese, Bishop Kieu Cong Tung sent his best New Year wishes to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. Expressing joy and excitement at the results that Ninh Binh province has achieved in 2023, the Bishop believes that in 2024, Ninh Binh province will overcome difficulties and challenges to achieve more comprehensive results, continuing to improve the lives of the people, including the parishioners.

In the joyful atmosphere of the first days of the new year, Mr. Tran Van Nghiep, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee, thanked the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for their attention and favorable conditions for the activities of the Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee in the past time. At the same time, he affirmed that he would well organize patriotic emulation movements among Catholics, join hands in developing the socio-economy, unite to build the homeland and country to become more and more prosperous and civilized.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan respectfully thanked the good wishes and affection of the delegations for the province. Announcing the outstanding results of the province's socio-economic development in the past year, he affirmed that the overall achievements had a significant contribution from the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province, the Phat Diem Bishopric and the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee of the province in propagating and mobilizing followers to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; actively participating in patriotic emulation movements, economic development and ensuring social security. This also affirms the strength of the great national unity bloc, solidarity between Catholics and non-Catholics, which has always been aroused and promoted by generations of cadres, leaders and people of all walks of life in the province, becoming a part of the national identity structure and an endogenous source of strength, promoting development.

Emphasizing that 2024 is the year the province focuses on implementing many breakthrough programs and strategic goals to create a turning point for the province's development, the Provincial Party Secretary hopes that religious organizations will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, work with Party committees and authorities to propagate and mobilize followers to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, and strive for the common goal of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, together with all levels and sectors, will always pay attention to and create favorable conditions for people to practice their beliefs in accordance with the State's laws; always listen to the thoughts, aspirations and reflections of religious organizations to promptly and satisfactorily resolve them.
