The first plot of land is located at 163 Dai La Street, Dong Tam Ward, with an area of ​​about 2,170 m2. In 2015, the Hanoi People's Committee approved this place as public land for residential units and is managed by the Electric, Bicycle, and Motorcycle Joint Stock Company.

In 2017, the City People's Committee issued an official dispatch approving the adjustment of the function from public residential land to kindergarten land at the request of the Hai Ba Trung District People's Committee. However, the enterprise did not agree with this policy and requested to keep the land because there were no more offices or working headquarters.

The land is currently being leased for a beer house and supermarket.

Meanwhile, Dong Tam ward kindergarten is still operating on Truong Dinh ward land.

Plot 163 Dai La Street is located on a major street. In this area, houses with a frontage of over 20 m and an area of ​​over 100 m2 can fetch a monthly rental of over 100 million VND.

The second land plot is located at 418 Bach Mai Street, Bach Mai Ward. It has a total area of ​​about 7,070 m2 and is managed by Elinco Electrical Engineering Company.

According to Resolution No. 15/2023 of the City People's Council, the above land will be used to build a kindergarten and primary school.

The land is currently being leased as a warehouse and business premises.

The houses located at 418 Bach Mai Street are being rented for about 27 million VND/month.

The remaining land is located at 14 Mac Thi Buoi Street, Vinh Tuy Ward, managed by the Northern Food Company. It has an area of ​​about 7,545 m2 and is planned to build a high school.

The land is currently being used as a warehouse.

Land plot No. 14 Mac Thi Buoi Street is located right next to Hoa Binh Green City apartment building. In 2019, an individual advertised the warehouse rental price here at 132,000 VND/m2/month. When contacted to ask about the latest price, this person refused to answer. According to information from other sources, the warehouse rental price here is about 150,000 VND/m2/month.
