On March 7, the District 3 team (Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police) worked and made a record of administrative violations against Mr. HTP related to the information "Mercedes car with lights like priority lights" posted on Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

Earlier, on the morning of March 5, social media spread a clip of a white-plate Mercedes car with red and green lights flashing continuously on Ly Chinh Thang Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3.
District 3's local team determined that Mr. P. was the one driving the white-plate car on Ly Chinh Thang Street with the signal lights on like a fairy car.
Mr. P. admitted the violation and committed to removing the priority lighting equipment.
Mr. P. was fined 5 million VND and had his priority light equipment confiscated.
