On the morning of April 16, at the Dien Hong meeting room, National Assembly Building (Hanoi), the Politburo and the Party Central Committee Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee in person and online connection to connecting points across the country.
