This is part of CapitaLand's $270,000 commitment to support disadvantaged children and youth in Vietnam over the next three years.
Over 200 million steps were recorded, and $30,000 was donated.
CapitaLand Development (CLD) has successfully concluded its second season of the “Steps to Connect Love” campaign in Hanoi , with over 200 million steps recorded from the online campaign and outdoor walking event.
This program is part of the annual global #GivingAsOne campaign initiated by the CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF). With the total number of steps achieved, CHF donated US$30,000 (equivalent to over VND 700 million) to the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation to support street children and disadvantaged students. The program was announced during the Group's 30th anniversary celebration in the Vietnamese market.

Following the success of the event in Binh Duong in March 2024, “Footsteps of Love” in Hanoi received great attention from the community when attracting more than 5,000 participants, with a total of 20 million steps recorded in outdoor walking activities in Ocean City.
Participants have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the 2km and 5km routes, as well as experience many exciting interactive activities including physical games and spectacular performances.

These steps open up a bright future for underprivileged children.
The enthusiastic participation of families and groups of friends helped reinforce the message of compassion and community strength that the program aims to promote. The outdoor walk also officially concluded the nearly two-month-long online walking campaign.
Mr. Alwin Low - General Director of CLD (Vietnam) Northern Region shared: “CLD is very pleased to receive great support for the second season of “Footsteps of Love”.
