In recent days, storm No. 3 (super typhoon Yagi) with very strong intensity has swept into the northern provinces of our country, causing heavy damage to people and property. In the critical situation, the authorities have "rapidly" deployed plans to respond to the complex developments of natural disasters, mobilizing tens of thousands of officers, soldiers, militia, thousands of vehicles to directly rescue, ensure traffic safety, evacuate, relocate, search, provide relief, and protect people's lives and property.

People across the country have wholeheartedly turned to the flood-affected areas, sharing spiritual and material contributions with noble initiatives and actions. In the most difficult moments, the spirit of the Vietnamese people has touched friends around the world.
