According to Ms. H'Vi E Ban, President of the Dak Nong Provincial Women's Union, Secretary of the Dak Nong Women's Union Party Cell, in order to effectively study and follow Uncle Ho's example, every year, the Provincial Women's Union has developed an Action Program to implement Directive 05 in conjunction with implementing Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure) on "strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party"; Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels; Resolutions of Women's Congresses at all levels.

The study and implementation of Directive No. 05 by subject for the entire term and annually in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, Session XII and Session XIII, has been seriously carried out by the Party cell. After each study session, the Party Committee organized discussions so that cadres, Party members and the masses could understand and relate to reality, and the responsibilities of the assigned work to be carried out. 100% of Party members and civil servants of the Provincial Women's Union, especially the leaders, have promoted their pioneering and exemplary character, carried out self-cultivation and training in conjunction with the plan to follow the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh .

In the monthly Party cell activities, Party members are assigned to tell a story about the example, morality, and style of President Ho Chi Minh. Through each short, meaningful story, it contributes to propaganda and education to raise awareness for cadres and Party members in learning and following Uncle Ho from simple things, daily work... At the same time, the Party cell pays attention to maintaining the organization of thematic activities to propose solutions to perform professional tasks well; orient and select key, breakthrough content, urgent and prominent issues to focus on directing the Association at all levels to implement and resolve, creating a clear change in the emulation movement and Association work.

The study and following of Uncle Ho's example is closely linked by the Party Cell of the Provincial Women's Union with the implementation of emulation movements, campaigns, and key tasks of the union. In particular, it focuses on enhancing the role and responsibility of leaders in creating the image of Vietnamese women as "Confident, self-respecting, loyal, and responsible" in the new era.

On the other hand, with the motto "talking, doing", cadres, party members and civil servants of the Provincial Women's Union always raise awareness and sense of responsibility, stay close to the grassroots, actively advise and deploy tasks, especially new and difficult tasks. In particular, responding to the emulation movement "Building Dak Nong women of the new era", associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, has been effectively implemented by the Party cell and the Provincial Women's Union.

Cadres and party members of the Party cell regularly mobilize and connect with benefactors to organize the giving of hundreds of gifts, scholarships, bicycles, and school supplies to poor students; build shelters for poor female members... In 2022 alone, the Provincial Women's Union mobilized resources of over 335 million VND to support the construction of 4 shelters for poor member families and those in especially difficult circumstances; awarded 55 scholarships to students who overcame difficulties and studied well...

Ms. H'Vi Eban affirmed: "Currently, studying Uncle Ho has gradually become a widespread political activity, a regular work of the Party cell, government, grassroots trade union, and youth union. The Provincial Women's Union continues to focus on effectively implementing the emulation movement "Building Dak Nong Women of the New Era", associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style", creating a profound change, spreading not only among women but also throughout society".
