Jackson Lin is a model who has received a lot of attention in China.
Speaking about this, the male model revealed: "As a foreigner working in China, I've had many memorable experiences living here. First, I have to admit that Chinese culture and customs are quite different from my homeland, Vietnam."
However, these things didn't bother or inconvenience me at all. In fact, I wanted to explore more of this country to bring my experiences back to develop the talent scouting industry in my home country."
Jackson Lin has an attractive appearance.
Sharing about his time working in the arts in China, the male model confided: "I had experience in the fashion industry for a few years while I was still in school. My time as a model was quite interesting but also challenging. I had the opportunity to work with many famous brands and participate in fashion shows of local Chinese designers. This was also where I learned a lot about makeup, catwalk skills, and how to work professionally."
The Chinese entertainment industry is also very harsh. To be a model, I always had to maintain a stable weight and figure, even though it was only a temporary job to cover my student living expenses. After some experience in this field, I chose a job related to my field of study: import and export."
After more than 8 years working in China, Jackson Lin decided to return to Vietnam to start his own business.
Having had many opportunities to interact and work with the fashion industry, Jackson Lin noticed that young Vietnamese people are not inferior to those in other countries in the region in terms of both appearance and talent. However, they lack a platform to shine. The male model believes it is not difficult to train a generation of idols who can compete with other countries and make a new mark on the Vietnamese entertainment industry.
Referring to Chi Pu's appearance on "Riding the Wind" —a popular Chinese TV show—Jackson Lin expressed surprise at the immense attention the Vietnamese singer is currently receiving from audiences and media in China. This is unimaginable in the Chinese entertainment market.
“Chi Pu is a beautiful girl, full of energy and enthusiasm. She has passion and courage, daring to do things that others think she can't. Those are the qualities needed in an idol. But Chi Pu's journey to becoming a singer has been too bumpy. If Chi Pu had been guided, had a roadmap, and received training from the beginning, how much more could she be shining now?” , he said.
Chi Pu's success in China was the motivation for Jackson Lin to return to Vietnam to discover new generations of artists.
Jackson Lin wants to leverage his connections to assemble a team of entertainment industry experts to help him recruit and train trainees. Additionally, he wants to invest in art shows, creating an environment for young talents to showcase their abilities.
Besides developing the arts scene in his homeland, the young model also wants to contribute to promoting Vietnamese culture and tourism . Jackson Lin hopes to meet like-minded individuals, artists, creators, experts, etc., to connect and collaborate in realizing his dream of making Vietnamese showbiz competitive in the global market.
Jackson Lin was born in 1995 in Vietnam. His mother is of Chinese descent, so his family sent him to study in China at a young age. Possessing a handsome appearance, he quickly received offers to work as a model for several fashion companies. This part-time job provided Jackson Lin with a significant income during his student years in China. After graduating, Jackson Lin was hired by a fashion import-export company in the Southeast Asian market.
During his working years, he continued his modeling career to earn extra income and pursue his passion for art.
