According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , from 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2025, the maximum retail price for petroleum products will be applied as follows:

E5RON92 gasoline is priced no higher than VND 19,279/liter (down VND 202/liter compared to the previous period).

RON95-III gasoline is priced no higher than VND19,709/liter (down VND216/liter compared to the previous period).

Diesel 0.05S has a price not higher than 19,129 VND/liter (an increase of 330 VND/liter compared to the previous period).

Kerosene price is no higher than 18,628 VND/liter (up 199 VND/liter compared to the previous period).

Mazut oil 180CST 3.5S has a price not higher than 15,379 VND/kg (down 99 VND/kg compared to the previous period).

The adjustment of retail gasoline prices is decided by key traders and distributors, but cannot be made earlier than 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2025.

The time to apply the new base price will last until the next announcement period of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Enterprises will adjust prices in accordance with the provisions of current Decrees and Circulars on the management of petroleum business and the use of the Price Stabilization Fund.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade will continue to coordinate with relevant agencies to inspect and monitor the implementation of regulations on ensuring petroleum supply, and strictly handle violations if detected.
