Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission visits and presents gifts to veterans who participated in the liberation of the Capital

On the afternoon of October 1, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee Hoang Trong Quyet visited and presented gifts to people who directly participated in the liberation of the Capital, currently living in Duong Xa commune, Gia Lam district, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).

In Duong Dinh village (Duong Xa commune), Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee Hoang Trong Quyet visited the families of Mr. Nguyen Viet Quyen, born in 1930, former soldier E88/F308; Pham Danh Mach, born in 1931, former soldier E36/F308.

Both Mr. Nguyen Viet Quyen and Mr. Pham Danh Mach were soldiers who directly participated in the liberation of the capital. At the families he visited, Chairman of the Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Commission Hoang Trong Quyet kindly asked about their health and living conditions, and expressed his deep gratitude to the predecessors who fought hard, contributed, and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Presenting meaningful gifts to the families, comrade Hoang Trong Quyet expressed his hope that the soldiers who liberated the capital would continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition, be a solid support for their children and families, always be a shining example for the younger generation to follow; and actively participate in local patriotic emulation movements.
