Vietnam Football Federation President motivates U23 Vietnam before the final match

(NLDO) - On the afternoon of July 29, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan visited and encouraged the spirit of the Vietnam U23 team before the final match of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship.

At the meeting, President of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) Tran Quoc Tuan praised the impressive performance of coach Kim Sang-sik and his team, with a series of 3 consecutive wins to reach the final of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship.

Mr. Tuan emphasized that the results achieved have shown the progress of the whole team, and hopes that this will add motivation, helping coach Kim Sang-sik's team gain more confidence and courage.

In addition, the VFF president also recalled the beautiful memories at the beginning of the year when the national team won the ASEAN Cup 2024 championship, after a challenging final match in Thailand. The VFF leader also expressed his confidence that the U23 Vietnam team will follow in the footsteps of their seniors to continue to create a historical mark in the regional arena.

Mr. Tuan told the whole team: "The final match is a game for brave people. Let's encourage and motivate each other to try our best, play with confidence, stay calm in every situation and make an effort from the first minute to the last. Make an effort but don't let yourself be pressured."

Before the match to decide the owner of the "throne" of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship, the VFF president asked U23 Vietnam to maximize the spirit of solidarity, strictly follow the tactics of the coaching staff to dedicate to the fans a quality match, aiming for victory and creating new milestones and records for Vietnamese football in the regional arena.
