(PLVN) - On the morning of July 1, at the Public Administration Service Center (PASC) of Di An ward, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City - Nguyen Van Duoc; Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Ho Chi Minh City - Nguyen Van Loi and the working delegation surveyed the operation of the new commune-level government apparatus.

Here, the working delegation visited and encouraged the officers and civil servants in charge of receiving documents and the youth volunteers of the Di An Ward Community Digital Technology Team.

Regarding the working headquarters, the Ward Party Committee is located at the headquarters of the Di An City Party Committee; the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward are located at the Administrative Center of Di An City; the citizen reception office is arranged independently at the old Di An City Citizen Reception Office.

The Di An Ward Public Administration Service Center has been reviewed and fully equipped with facilities, ensuring smooth operation of the electricity, internet, telephone systems, and interconnection in handling administrative procedures with Ho Chi Minh City. The city's document management software has been connected to specialized departments, the center has also arranged an area to support the creation of digital signatures, an area to receive feedback and suggestions, and upgraded the network transmission speed, well meeting the needs of serving the people.
