(PLVN) - On the morning of July 1, at the Public Administration Service Center (PASC) of Di An ward, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc; Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City - Nguyen Van Loi and the working delegation surveyed the operation of the new commune-level government apparatus.

Here, the delegation visited and encouraged the officers and civil servants in charge of receiving documents and the youth volunteers of the Di An Ward Community Digital Technology Team.

At the same time, Chairman Nguyen Van Duoc affirmed that Ho Chi Minh City is facing a historical transition moment, with new development space, new space, new resources, creating a foundation for the city to strive to be a livable city.

Di An Ward was established on the basis of merging Di An and An Binh wards and Chieu Lieu, Chieu Lieu A, Dong Chieu, Dong Chieu A, Tan Long and Dong Tac neighborhoods of Tan Dong Hiep Ward, headquartered at the People's Committee of Di An City (old) with a natural area of ​​21.375 km2 and a population of 227,817 people.

Regarding the working headquarters, the Ward Party Committee is located at the headquarters of the Di An City Party Committee; the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward are located at the Di An City Administrative Center; the citizen reception office is arranged independently at the old Di An City Citizen Reception Office.

The Di An Ward Public Administration Service Center has been reviewed and equipped with adequate facilities, ensuring smooth operation of the electricity, internet, telephone systems, and interconnection in handling administrative procedures with Ho Chi Minh City. The city's document management software has been connected to specialized departments, the center has also arranged an area to support the creation of digital signatures, an area to receive feedback and suggestions, and upgraded the network transmission speed, well meeting the needs of serving the people.
