With the theme: "Action today, prosperity tomorrow", the seminar is a forum for scientists , experts, leaders, and businessmen to participate and contribute ideas to the Draft Documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

In his opening speech, Tien Phong Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Phung Cong Suong shared that each Party Congress is a milestone that guides the country's development path. And before each Congress, the announcement of the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress is to collect comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and the people to gather and promote the people's intelligence and mastery to contribute to the Party.

"Every suggestion from the people, no matter how small, is a part of collective intelligence, an initiative from real life that is included in the country's strategic orientations, helping documents accurately reflect the reality, aspirations and interests of the people," Mr. Phung Cong Suong acknowledged.

There needs to be a specialized resolution on youth.

Commenting on the draft document, Dr. Nguyen Viet Chuc, former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture, Education , Youth, Adolescents and Children, assessed that this draft document was designed with a very high spirit of innovation, concise, easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to implement. This is a very meaningful innovation, demonstrating cultural character, demonstrating the spirit of "action today, prosperity tomorrow".

According to Mr. Chuc, in this draft, in every field, we can see the shadow of culture. Even national security and defense are clearly shown - the people's hearts. "Only Vietnamese history, Vietnamese culture, only the Party can say that. Thanks to this people's hearts, our country can last and have the position it has today," Mr. Chuc assessed.

"Or the issue of digital transformation is also very new. Not every country that is facing difficulties like ours has paid attention to this field. Digital transformation depends on who, but on the youth. With such an action mindset, right after the Party Congress, there needs to be a specialized resolution on youth," Mr. Chuc suggested.

Mr. Chuc also said that it is necessary to continue to innovate the thinking and goals of education. Education is not about cramming knowledge but about application, knowing how to be creative, knowing how to convince others - if you want to go far, you have to go together. The draft resolution also builds an action program for the resolutions to come into life. This is a very important innovation point, because if the resolutions do not come into life, they will only stop at the level of promulgation and propaganda.

"Don't let the resolution remain on paper, the spirit that needs to be promoted is to act immediately. The young generation - the ones who decide the future of the nation, let's find them, give them to them, let them do it. The youth are both steadfast, creative, and capable of doing well. Let's believe in the youth," Mr. Chuc suggested.
