Special train tour to Gia Lam Railway Factory

Vietnam Railways Corporation announced that it will organize a special train service for visitors attending the Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2023 at the Gia Lam Locomotive Factory.

Visitors can take a train ride from Hanoi Station or Long Bien Station to Gia Lam Station to visit the Gia Lam Railway Factory during the Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2023 (Illustrative photo).

The Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2023, themed "Flow," took place from November 17-26, 2023. The Gia Lam Railway Station hosted the opening and closing ceremonies, along with a series of unique music , fashion, and art events, workshops, fairs, entertainment, and exhibitions about the station's history. The opening ceremony was held at 8:00 PM on November 17, 2023.

Vietnam Railways Corporation, in coordination with the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, has established a dedicated train service between Hanoi and Gia Lam and vice versa to serve tourists at an attractive price of only 20,000 VND per ticket per trip.

Specifically, on November 17, 2023, the opening day of the festival, train LH1 departed Long Bien station at 7:05 PM and trains 7158 and LH2 departed Gia Lam station at 10:25 PM.

During the festival days from November 18th to November 26th, 2023, trains LH3 depart from Hanoi station at 8:00 AM and LH5 depart from Hanoi station at 1:20 PM; in the opposite direction, train LH4 departs from Gia Lam station at 10:50 AM and train LH6 departs at 4:00 PM.
