Myra Chanthara Brown became the center of attention at the 2025 SEA Games, marking a special milestone as the youngest athlete to participate in the Games.
At the age of 9, the skateboarder of Thai and British descent wore the Thai national team jersey to compete in the women's skateboard bowl event, leaving fans astonished and full of admiration.

The skateboarding events at the 33rd SEA Games were held at the skate park belonging to the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT), in the Hua Mak area.
From the qualifying round, Myra competed confidently, performing many fluid technical moves and receiving enthusiastic cheers from the home crowd. With a total score of 55.31, she ranked 5th and qualified for the final round.

In the final round on December 13th, Myra continued to demonstrate incredible composure, holding her own against older competitors. At the end of the competition, the 9-year-old athlete scored 54.18 points, finishing 5th overall – a very encouraging achievement for her first SEA Games appearance.
Notably, the 33rd SEA Games also witnessed a heartwarming story of the Brown family when Freya Chanthara Brown (12 years old), the older sister, won a bronze medal for the Thai sports delegation in the same event.
