Kindergarten teacher in Ninh Binh slapped children repeatedly and was fined 7.5 million VND.

On the afternoon of August 25, information from the Department of Education and Training of Tam Diep city ( Ninh Binh ), the authorities decided to administratively fine teacher Le Thi Phuong, a teacher at Dong Son Kindergarten, 7.5 million VND for the act of "insulting the honor, dignity, and body of students".

“Based on the administrative penalty decision of the City People's Committee and the conclusion of the police, we are currently carrying out the procedures to transfer Ms. Phuong to work as a cook at the school,” said a leader of the Department of Education and Training of Tam Diep City.

Previously, on the afternoon of July 13, Ms. Le Thi Phuong, a teacher of a 4-5 year old class, slapped and kicked a girl named D.TBT in the face.

Ms. Phuong's behavior was recorded by a camera in the classroom.

Immediately afterwards, Ms. Phuong was temporarily suspended from work to serve the investigation and verification work of the authorities.
