Trade opportunities with 200 Korean industries at MEGA US EXPO 2025

The Trade Promotion Festival - The Door to Connecting the Korean - Vietnamese Markets 2025 (MEGA US EXPO 2025) will take place from August 14 to 16 in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the morning of July 23, the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City, the Korea - Vietnam Trade Promotion Center KORETOVIET and other units organized the announcement ceremony of the event "Trade Promotion Festival - Door Connecting the Korean - Vietnamese Market 2025" (MEGA US EXPO 2025).

Mr. Lam Dinh Thang, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City, said that Korea is currently a major trade partner of Vietnam, ranking first in terms of direct investment, development cooperation, and tourism . At MEGA US EXPO alone in the past 3 years, there have been 4,500 connections between businesses of the two countries and nearly 460 memorandums of cooperation (MOUs) signed. "MEGA US EXPO 2025 will open up many more opportunities for effective business cooperation" - Mr. Thang believes.

According to the organizers, MEGA US EXPO 2025 will take place from August 14 to 16 at the White Palace Convention Center (HCMC), expected to attract more than 9,000 visitors, creating at least 2,000 direct trade connection sessions between domestic and foreign partners.

The event gathered more than 200 booths from 15 key industrial cities of Korea, with a variety of products: food, consumer goods, technology, cosmetics and beauty products. At the same time, the exhibition also had the participation of hundreds of businesses, importers and distributors from Vietnam and countries in the ASEAN region.
