For the past two years, as the rice begins to ripen, the paved road winding through the endless rice fields in An Nhứt commune, Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu province, has become a sensation on social media, attracting tourists to take photos.
In late March and early April, the rice fields in An Nhứt commune, Long Điền district, Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu province, haven't completely turned golden yellow yet; some fields are still green, while others are ripe. The images of these fields, "half green, half golden," are incredibly peaceful and attract many visitors to An Nhứt.

Tran Phuong, a freelance photographer from Ho Chi Minh City, recently spent two days and one night in An Nhut to capture the scenery of the rice fields at different times of the day.
"I came here last year. Like many people, I was captivated by the sight of the road running through the golden rice fields stretching as far as the eye can see. This year, I returned and was fortunate enough to once again admire the scene of half ripe golden rice and half lush green rice, which is beautiful and captivating. With the beautiful weather and rays of sunlight shining on the fields, I was able to take many satisfying photos," he said.

This road through the rice fields became famous on social media about a year ago. The only things on either side are irrigation ditches, with no houses, so the view isn't obstructed. The scenery when the rice ripens to a golden yellow is likened to landscapes in popular animated films.
Reportedly, the paved road crossing the rice fields in An Nhứt commune, Long Điền district, is 2.3km long. The road surface is 5m wide and runs along an irrigation canal connecting from National Highway 55 to the main road running through Tam Phước commune.

According to Mr. Phuong, the distance from Ho Chi Minh City to An Nhut is about 90km, and it takes 2.5 hours to travel by motorbike.
"If you have time, you can come here for 2 days and 1 night. On the way, I combined it with a visit to Quoc An Khai Tuong Pagoda in Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, and Song Vinh Church in Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. These are places with very impressive architecture. About ten kilometers from An Nhut is Phuoc Hai fishing village in Dat Do District, which has many fresh and delicious seafood options at reasonable prices," Mr. Phuong said.
Phuoc Hai is famous for its oysters, snails, shrimp, and various kinds of squid. The beach is spacious and clean, perfect for strolling and taking photos.
