On the afternoon of November 3, a representative of Phu Xuan Ward Police, Hue City, said that the authorities promptly assisted in taking a pregnant woman through the flood to a medical facility to give birth.
On the same morning, Phu Xuan Ward Police received a call for help from Ms. TTNN's husband (born 2001, residing on Phung Khac Khoan Street, Xuan Phu Ward) informing that she was in labor and about to give birth.

At the same time, the area where Ms. N's family lives is deeply flooded, many traffic routes are cut off, and it is impossible to travel by road.
After receiving the information, Phu Xuan Ward Police mobilized forces, used small boats to approach the house and took the pregnant woman out of the flooded area to a safe medical facility.
On the same day, the leader of the People's Committee of Duong No Ward, Hue City informed that the functional forces supported 6 pregnant women preparing to give birth to the hospital; at the same time, 3 people on dialysis and a case of appendicitis were taken to Hue Central Hospital for treatment.
