Gia Lai Provincial Police mobilized 104 team-level commanders and commune-level police officers.

(GLO)- On the afternoon of November 17, Gia Lai Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of team-level commanders and commune-level police. Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Son - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, Head of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency chaired the ceremony.

Attending the announcement ceremony were comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police; heads of departments under the Provincial Police; Police Chiefs and representatives of the Party Committee Standing Committees of 135 communes and wards in the area and mobilized comrades.

At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Ninh Thi Minh Hoa - Head of the Provincial Police Department's Organization and Personnel Department announced the decisions of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of 104 team-level commanders and commune-level police officers.

Accordingly, in order to improve the team of intermediate investigators at the commune-level police according to the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security, the leaders of the Provincial Police have conducted an assessment and unanimously decided to transfer a number of investigators or former investigators who are currently holding the positions of Deputy Chief of Commune-level Police, Team Commander of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency. This is both an important political task and an urgent requirement in the work of ensuring security and order, fighting and preventing crimes right from the grassroots level, ensuring closeness to the people, serving the people better.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Son - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - affirmed: Up to now, the Provincial Police has completed the arrangement of 100% of the commune-level police with intermediate investigators as Chief or Deputy Chief of Police. The above results demonstrate the determination and high unity of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police; local authorities and the mobilized comrades.

For the 104 comrades who received the transfer decision, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Son advised that this is an opportunity for each comrade to practice, affirm his political mettle, promote his capacity, accumulate experience and contribute in the new working environment; must quickly integrate, promote the sense of responsibility, creativity and accumulated experience to join the unit to complete all assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.

Speaking at the reception of the new assignment, on behalf of 104 comrades who were transferred, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Trung - Deputy Chief of Ia Chia Commune Police - thanked the attention and trust of the Party Committee Standing Committee, the leaders of the Provincial Police and the Party Committee and local authorities. He expressed his determination to quickly overcome the initial difficulties in the new working environment, constantly train and mature, continue to contribute, and be ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks.
