The Hua Phan Provincial Police Delegation (Laos) presented gifts and New Year greetings to officers and soldiers of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
In a warm, united and friendly atmosphere, the two sides informed each other about the outstanding results in implementing the tasks in 2024 and the situation on both sides of the border. Accordingly, in recent times, the border protection forces of Thanh Hoa - Hua Phan provinces have closely coordinated in patrolling, controlling, and firmly protecting the border and border markers; propagating to the people of both sides to strictly comply with the agreements and regulations of the border area, creating favorable conditions for people to travel, visit relatives, trade, exchange goods, and develop the economy .

The Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police hopes that in 2025, the two sides will continue to strengthen their cooperative relationship, effectively combat and prevent all types of crimes and law violations on the border; regularly exchange information and experience in ensuring security and order, social safety in border areas; thereby contributing to fostering the friendship between Vietnam and Laos in general, Thanh Hoa - Hua Phan in particular "forever green, forever sustainable".
