Announcing the identity of the Festival for Peace

After a period of implementing the task assigned by the province to build the identity of the 2024 Festival for Peace , the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri has coordinated with the consulting unit to complete the concept and design of the identity. The Organizing Committee of the Festival for Peace has just announced the content and layout of the festival's identity.

Accordingly, the main image of the identity is a dove holding a rice flower, representing the desire for peace, prosperity and happiness. Three silk strips (red, yellow, blue) blend together to lift the dove's wings, carrying the desire for peace and strong development of Vietnam to the world .

The main image with the logo of Quang Tri province is shown on the peaceful blue sky, the image of the red flag flying proudly on the flagpole of the Hien Luong - Ben Hai Special National Monument and the Quang Tri Ancient Citadel Special National Monument, representing over 500 typical revolutionary historical relics of Quang Tri province - the place marking the great long march full of hardship and sacrifice of the whole nation, the place expressing the aspiration for peace of the Vietnamese people in general, and Quang Tri province in particular.

In addition, the identity also includes images of rivers, rice fields, roofs, and wind power fields, representing the revival and development of the land and people of Quang Tri - a gathering place for domestic and international friends and tourists to "join hands to build a peaceful world".
