Announcing the tourist destination of Khau Trang village, Hong Thai commune

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented the Decision to announce the tourist destination of Khau Trang village, Hong Thai commune (Na Hang).

Khau Trang village has 95 households, of which the Dao Tien ethnic group accounts for 95.4%, the rest are other ethnic groups. The traditional cultural identity of the ethnic groups is still preserved from the traditional yin-yang tiled roof houses of the Dao Tien people, folk songs and dances such as Pao Dung singing, love songs between boys and girls, bell dancing during harvest season... indigenous beliefs such as: the coming of age ceremony, the offering of the king's table ceremony, and fire dancing.

Traditional crafts such as embroidery, weaving, beeswax painting on the costumes of the Dao Tien ethnic group... On September 9, 2021, the People's Committee of Na Hang district issued Decision No. 370/QD-UBND on approving the Project of Smart Community Cultural Tourism Village in Khau Trang village, Hong Thai commune, Na Hang district, Tuyen Quang province for the period 2021-2025.

In the first quarter of 2023, Khau Trang village, Hong Thai commune attracted over 8,000 visitors to visit and experience the pear garden, ancient tea garden, visit the Khau Trang village community cultural tourism village, walk and check in on the pear flower route, hunt clouds and watch the sunset, experience ethnic cuisine ,... increasing income and creating jobs for people.

Currently, Khau Trang village has 9 homestays and 2 motels serving over 400 tourists who want to stay, eat and live in the households at the same time. Tourists will enjoy traditional dishes and local agricultural products directly produced by the villagers such as rocket pigs, hill chickens, black chickens, smoked meat, pickled meat, and off-season vegetables produced organically.

Art performance to celebrate the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

After the announcement ceremony of Khau Trang village tourist site, Hong Thai commune, there was an art program to celebrate the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023) with 40 elaborately staged song and dance performances from 12 communes and towns, praising the contributions of the Party and Uncle Ho in the cause of protecting and building the Fatherland; love for the homeland and country.
