Announcement of Decision on appointment of the position of Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Ninh Binh province

On the afternoon of April 17, at the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement ( Ministry of Justice ) held a conference to announce the Decision to appoint the position of Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.

Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement; representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel (General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement); leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, the Provincial People's Committee Office and relevant departments and branches.

At the ceremony, the Department of Organization and Personnel (General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement) announced Decision No. 579/QD-BTP, dated April 5, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice on the appointment of a leading civil servant for comrade Nguyen Van Tuan, intermediate enforcement officer, Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Ninh Binh province to hold the position of Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Ninh Binh province from April 10, 2024, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Presenting the Decision, presenting flowers, congratulating and assigning tasks to comrade Nguyen Van Tuan, comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement acknowledged and highly appreciated the working process of comrade Nguyen Van Tuan. At the same time, he hoped that in his new position, comrade Nguyen Van Tuan would uphold the role of a leader, promote his working experience; unite with the leadership of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Ninh Binh province to lead and direct civil judgment enforcement agencies in the province to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, comrade Nguyen Van Tuan thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Justice, the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies for their attention, trust and confidence in the position of Director of the Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. At the same time, he promised to continue to strive, study, cultivate, practice and gain experience to work with the collective leadership of the Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
