Announcing the Secretariat's decision on personnel work in Quang Ninh and Hai Phong

On October 12, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police, to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision of the Secretariat to Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department.

Accordingly, on October 8, the Party Central Committee issued Decision No. 1582 appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, to join the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, hoped that in the coming time, Colonel Tran Van Phuc and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee would continue to promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, will and aspiration to develop and rise up.

Focus on leadership, direction, and mobilization of the combined strength of the entire political system; join hands, unite, and persevere in overcoming difficulties and challenges; maintain political, economic, and social stability; maintain solidarity and unity within the entire Party, political system, and the trust of people, businesses, cadres, and party members.

At the same time, maintain a peaceful , friendly, stable, cooperative and developing border; be determined and make efforts to comprehensively complete the goals and targets set by the 15th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 11, the Hai Phong City Party Committee also held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work at the city Party Committee.

According to the decision, the Central Party Secretariat appointed Mr. Do Duc Hoa, Secretary of Kien Thuy District Party Committee; Nguyen Cao Lan, Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Nguyen Thanh Hung, Director of the Department of Construction; Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment and Ms. Tran Thi Hoang Mai, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, to join the Executive Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong and Mr. Dang Dong Anh.

On October 10, the Hai Phong City Party Committee also convened a Conference to announce the decision to transfer and assign Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong, City Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Organization Board, to work at the Department of Home Affairs to be appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs and concurrently hold the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board.

Decision to transfer, assign and appoint Mr. Dang Dong Anh, member of the City Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee.

The conference also announced the decision of the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee on receiving and appointing Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Organization Board, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
