"The city also needs to build its image as a dynamic performance center, which is not only an event venue but also an overall cultural experience," said Mr. Minh, adding that "international communication campaigns need to emphasize the city as a high-class cultural and entertainment destination."

This can be done through collaborations with international artists, as well as developing high-quality local events to make a mark on international audiences.
