On September 2nd, in an interview with Dan Tri newspaper, the leader of Phu Linh commune People's Committee, Vi Xuyen district ( Ha Giang province) stated that at approximately 9:00 AM that same day, the Traffic Police Team of Vi Xuyen district police apprehended dozens of young people who were gathering in groups, riding motorcycles without helmets, and speeding on the Noong Lake road.

According to the leader, about 30-40 young people (aged 16 to 18) from Dong Van and Meo Vac districts, as well as from Yen Bai province, came here to join a group. This group showed signs of racing, swerving, and reckless driving on the roads.
"When this convoy reached the Noong Lake road in the commune, it was stopped by traffic police and the Vi Xuyen District Police, who set up a checkpoint to handle the situation. During the day, the police took dozens of people to the station for further investigation," informed the leader of the Phu Linh Commune People's Committee, Vi Xuyen District.

Previously, social media was abuzz with a clip showing dozens of teenagers riding motorbikes in a group without helmets on a stretch of road. Notably, when passing a section of road next to a lake, the group was stopped and fined by traffic police.
