Accordingly, Loc Ha voters reflected on issues related to the essential infrastructure system such as: many sections of National Highway 281 do not have drainage ditches, narrow sidewalks; it is necessary to install a signal system to ensure traffic safety at "black spots", especially at the intersection of Loc Ha General Hospital; some dike and embankment sections are showing signs of deterioration, not ensuring safety during the rainy and stormy season; the urban infrastructure of Loc Ha town is not commensurate with the district center...
Regarding infrastructure investment, Loc Ha voters hope that superiors will continue to invest in upgrading and completing the system of canals, lakes and dams serving agricultural production; infrastructure serving salt production is degraded, so priority should be given to investment in conjunction with policies to support production; reasonable compensation should be provided for aquaculture land in Thach Chau commune and Loc Ha town when implementing the project to upgrade Ta Nghen dike and Thach Bang Industrial Cluster; and clean water infrastructure system should be completed and handed over soon...
