On the morning of December 13th, the Provincial Social Insurance agency, in coordination with the Provincial Post Office, organized a ceremony to launch a 7-day intensive communication campaign to encourage people to participate in voluntary social insurance and health insurance.

The provincial Social Insurance leaders called for raising awareness and spreading the humane message about social insurance and health insurance policies. They also urged an increase in the number of people participating in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance, contributing to bringing social security policies closer to the people and working towards the goal of universal social and health insurance.

Promote the role of social insurance agencies and collection service organizations in communicating and mobilizing people to participate in voluntary social insurance and health insurance. Identify appropriate communication groups, focusing on successful farmers and business owners, farm owners, craftspeople, self-employed individuals with income such as traders, small business owners, and landlords. Also target groups include workers who have stopped participating in mandatory social insurance but are preserving their contributions, and those who are no longer eligible for state-funded health insurance contributions or are currently not paying health insurance premiums.
