According to the law, water vehicles must be registered, inspected, fully equipped with life jackets and life-saving equipment; the operator must have a driver's license and appropriate professional certificate. Intentional violations or unauthorized traffic without meeting the requirements will be strictly handled by the Traffic Police Department according to the regulations.

The Traffic Police Department recommends that people and vehicle owners proactively anchor safely and not participate in waterway traffic during the flood season to protect their lives and property and that of the community.
