The artistic program at the celebration of the birthdays of three prominent figures of the Nguyen Huy family and the reception of the world documentary heritage "Han Nom Texts of Truong Luu Village" recreated an artistic space rich in cultural identity and the people of Ha Tinh, reflecting the continuous development from the past to the present.
The opening art program featured a medley of folk songs and traditional melodies titled "The Radiant Land of Learning in Truong Luu" . The performance space vividly recreated the culture and people of ancient Truong Luu village, the birthplace of many prominent figures who made significant contributions to national history.
Prominent among them are the images of scholars from Truong Luu village such as Nguyen Huy Oanh, Nguyen Huy Tu, Nguyen Huy Ho... who always overcame their circumstances, diligently studied, participated in examinations with high scores, served as officials, contributed to the country, and brought honor to their family and hometown.

The artistic program commemorating the 310th anniversary of the birth of Thám hoa Nguyễn Huy Oánh (1713 - 2023), the 280th anniversary of the birth of the renowned figure Nguyễn Huy Tự (1743 - 2023), the 240th anniversary of the birth of the renowned figure Nguyễn Huy Hổ (1783 - 2023), and the reception of the Certificate recognizing the Hán Nôm texts of Trường Lưu village as documentary heritage under the Memory of the World Program for the Asia- Pacific region, was directed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hà Tĩnh province and staged by the Hà Tĩnh Traditional Arts Theatre.
