Vietnam's Pearl Island ranked 8th with 88.89 points, surpassing Okinawa and Ryukyu Islands of Japan and Siargao of the Philippines. The dreamy beauty of Bai Sao Beach in Phu Quoc
Among Vietnam's islands, Phu Quoc is the largest, renowned for its pristine beaches with fine, creamy white sand, mild climate, and calm, crystal-clear waters. In 2015, readers of Condé Nast Traveler voted Bai Sao Beach in Phu Quoc as one of the 10 most pristine and tranquil beaches in the world, alongside famous beaches in Fiji, the Maldives, and Australia. Beyond its natural beauty, the island is considered one of Vietnam's most attractive destinations due to its many interesting cultural and historical experiences and diverse accommodation options, ranging from budget-friendly to ultra-luxury. Many international publications have described Phu Quoc as a "rising star" due to its rapid transformation, becoming increasingly appealing to tourists with its wide range of entertainment and recreational choices. One of the destinations currently attracting worldwide attention is the newly opened Sunset Town in the south of the island, described by South Korean news agency Yonhap News as a unique experience of viewing Mediterranean scenery in a tropical country, while Australian Traveller magazine asserts that visitors will be surprised when " exploring every corner of this town".

One of the other exciting experiences in Phu Quoc is taking the world's longest three-cable cable car to Hon Thom Island, or watching Asia's leading multimedia show , Kiss The Stars . For a truly authentic experience, visitors can visit pepper farms or pearl cultivation facilities, explore Phu Quoc National Park – where the primeval forest meets the sea – or Ham Ninh fishing village. In addition, Phu Quoc's culinary experience is also very distinctive, with dishes like bun quay (stir-fried noodles) and fish sauce considered among the best in Vietnam. Furthermore, Phu Quoc boasts unique and luxurious resorts that can satisfy even the most discerning travelers. Famous names such as JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort, Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, New World Phu Quoc Resort, Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort... are among the reasons why Yonhap News called Phu Quoc the "Maldives of Vietnam".

From an island previously unknown to international tourists, Phu Quoc is quickly catching the eye of the travel community, consistently receiving recognition from prestigious newspapers and organizations worldwide.
