Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City opens 6 new majors

This year, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City plans to open 6 new majors and majors, including Marketing, Financial Technology, and International Business.

Admission information was announced on February 7. In addition to the three majors mentioned above, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University also recruits new majors in Data Science , Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Auditing and Risk Management, in the Accounting major.

The total enrollment target this year is 4,329 students, an increase of nearly 700 compared to last year. Details of the enrollment target and combination of each major of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City in 2024 are as follows:

The school continues to organize its own capacity assessment exam and reserves 10-40% of the quota for standard programs for admission based on this result. It is expected that the school will conduct 4 capacity assessment exams from March to May.

In addition, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University recruits students by three other methods, including: Direct recruitment, priority recruitment according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training ; synthesis of results and achievements of high school; consideration of high school graduation exam scores. For programs with degrees granted by international partners, the school recruits students by transcripts combined with interviews.

The estimated tuition fee of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City for the standard program is 10.5 million VND, for the high-quality program, and for the special program is nearly 20.3 million VND per semester. For the dual degree program and international joint program, the tuition fee is about 212 million VND for the entire course including 8 semesters.

In 2023, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University will set a benchmark score of 24.1 or higher for all training majors, based on high school graduation results. International Economics has the highest benchmark score of 25.24 points.
