Notable among the members were photographers Lê Châu Đạo, Dương Thanh Xuân, and Huỳnh Lê Viễn Duy. These members enthusiastically participated and became key figures in the local photography movement.
At the congress, delegates, including local leaders, made positive comments on the branch's activities, acknowledging the efforts and contributions of the members of the Association of Photographic Artists in Phu Yen in developing the local economy , culture, and society. They also suggested several activities for the branch in the coming period, especially in 2025, a year with many major local and national events. At the congress, photographer Duong Thanh Xuan, the former branch chairman for the first two terms, on behalf of previous generations, presented traditional mementos of the branch and expressed his best expectations for the new Executive Committee.
In a spirit of democracy and unity, the Congress elected a new Executive Committee consisting of two members: Huynh Le Vien Duy (Chapter Chairman) and Le Ngoc Minh (Chapter Vice Chairman), and also elected a delegation of three artists to attend the higher-level congress.
