On August 28, in Beijing, Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh met with Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Wang Gang.

At the meeting, both sides highly appreciated the positive developments in the relations between the two Parties and the two countries in recent times; agreed that under the strategic guidance of the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries and the joint efforts of ministries and local branches, the Vietnam-China relationship is being continuously promoted in depth according to the "6 more" orientation, with many new bright spots in the areas of substantive cooperation; highly appreciated the leading role and strategic orientation of high-level contacts and dialogue exchanges through the Party channel in maintaining healthy, stable and sustainable development of the relations between the two countries.

In particular, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's acceptance of the invitation to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Tianjin, China, and Chairman of the National People's Congress Zhao Leji representing the Party, State and People of China attending the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day (September 2) created a new high point in the positive and positive development of bilateral relations.

Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh affirmed that the Party and State of Vietnam always attach importance to consolidating and strengthening the friendly and cooperative relations with the Party, State and People of China; is ready to join the Central Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China in inheriting and promoting the achievements in bilateral relations, making efforts to promote and serve well high-level contacts, in order to maintain strategic exchanges, consolidate political trust; coordinate to effectively implement cooperation mechanisms between the two Parties; promote bilateral cooperation to become increasingly in-depth, substantive and comprehensive, bringing benefits to the people of the two countries.

Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China Wang Gang said that he is ready to coordinate with the Party agencies of Vietnam and the Vietnamese Embassy in China to effectively implement the common perception between the high-ranking leaders of the two Parties and two countries, prepare well for high-level exchanges and contacts between the two sides, effectively deploy exchanges and cooperation through the Party channel to contribute to deepening the comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship to build the Vietnam-China Community of Shared Future, contributing to the cause of building socialism in each country and peace and stability in the region and the world.

Propose a number of measures to improve the quality of cooperation and exchange through Party channels, including publishing publications and bilingual translations of theoretical collections on the Party's ideological foundation, and coordinating well the organization of activities in the Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange Year 2025, especially the "red journey" research activities of youth to raise revolutionary awareness for the young generation of the two countries about bilateral relations, continuing to inherit and promote the traditional friendship that has been diligently cultivated by previous revolutionary generations of the two countries.
