Dak Lak: Shortening administrative procedures in the field of business registration

In order to support businesses in carrying out business registration procedures quickly and conveniently, the Department of Finance has issued a document announcing the shortening of the time to handle a number of administrative procedures.

Accordingly, the time for handling some administrative procedures in the field of business registration will be shortened from 3 working days to 2 working days, including: Issuing and changing business registration certificates or business registration and tax registration certificates to business registration certificates; dissolving businesses, dissolving in case of revocation of business registration certificates or by court decisions; correcting business registration information, correcting information on certificates of changes in business registration contents, certificates of registration of branch operations, representative offices, certificates of registration of business locations and information on business registration stored in the National Database on Business Registration.

Department of Finance officers guide and support businesses and people to carry out administrative procedures at the one-stop department.

Procedures for terminating commitments to implement social and environmental goals; converting enterprises into social enterprises; notifying changes in the content of commitments to implement social and environmental goals of social enterprises; notifying of company mergers in cases where, after the merger, the acquiring company does not change the content of the business registration; requesting to stop performing business registration procedures; requesting enterprises, branches, representative offices, and business locations with names that infringe on industrial property rights to change their business names will also have their processing time shortened from 3 working days to 2 working days.

For administrative procedures other than the above procedures, the time for processing dossiers is implemented according to the provisions of Decision No. 0487/QD-UBND dated July 17, 2025 of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province on promulgating the list of amended, supplemented and abolished administrative procedures in the field of establishment and operation of enterprises under the jurisdiction of the Department of Finance.
