According to Ms. Ha Thi Hanh, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Nong province, in response to the appeal letter from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, many agencies, units, businesses, and people from all walks of life in the province have actively donated and contributed to sharing with the people in the provinces affected by Typhoon No. 3. In particular, this spirit has spread to every residential area and school, creating a strong movement to support the people in the provinces affected by Typhoon No. 3.

“We deeply appreciate the contributions of collectives, individuals, and all sectors of society to our compatriots in the provinces affected by Typhoon No. 3. Students breaking open their piggy banks, saving their breakfast money, organizing lion dances to raise funds, or people in remote areas and ethnic minorities, despite their difficulties, still readily supporting their compatriots in times of hardship and natural disasters – these are the clearest evidence of our nation's tradition of solidarity and compassion,” said Ms. Ha Thi Hanh.
